Emergency Services Debrief Session

A free, confidential space for current and former emergency services personnel to talk, reflect, and decompress. This session is designed for police, ambulance, fire, SES, and other frontline roles who have been exposed to challenging incidents, ongoing stress, or simply need a place to offload and reset.

You can use this time to:

  • Discuss how work is impacting your mental or physical wellbeing
  • Gain perspective and practical strategies
  • Explore support options, referrals, or next steps


Jay brings a background in emergency services alongside his training in Chinese medicine, offering a grounded, understanding approach that blends clinical insight with real-world experience.

Is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner who has previous experience as a police officer, paramedic, and emergency management officer.
